At Emira Auto Group, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business and in compliance with California and federal regulations governing used vehicle sales, we operate under a strict no-refund policy unless specifically outlined in a written agreement.

1. All Vehicle Sales Are Final
All vehicles are sold “AS-IS” and Final, unless stated otherwise in writing through:
• A limited written warranty, or
• A separately purchased third-party extended service contract
Under California law, there is no automatic “cooling-off” period once a contract is signed and the vehicle is delivered.

2. Optional California Two-Day Contract Cancellation Option
California law requires us to offer private-party buyers the option to purchase a 2-day Contract Cancellation Option for used vehicles sold under $40,000. If purchased, this option allows for a limited right to cancel the purchase within 2 days, subject to the following:
Eligibility:
• Buyer must be a private individual (not a business)
• Vehicle price must be under $40,000
• Buyer must return the vehicle in the same condition with no more than 250 miles added
Exclusions:
• Vehicles sold “AS-IS” to licensed dealers or out-of-state buyers
• Vehicles with gross weight ratings over 10,000 lbs
• Vehicles sold at auction or wholesale
Fees:
• A nonrefundable fee applies for the cancellation option (fee based on vehicle price)
• Restocking or usage fees may apply if cancellation is exercised

3. Deposit Refunds
• Deposits made to hold or reserve a vehicle are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Custom orders or special requests requiring a deposit are also non-refundable.

4. Vehicle Condition and Warranty
Unless specifically covered under a written warranty or service contract:
• Emira Auto Group, LLC is not responsible for repairs, defects, or mechanical failures after delivery.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to complete a pre-purchase inspection or request one before finalizing the sale.

5. Refunds for Accessories, Add-ons, or Services
• Fees paid for DMV registration, title processing, GAP insurance, aftermarket warranties, or add-ons (e.g., tint, rims, audio upgrades) are non-refundable once processed or installed.
• Refund requests for third-party warranties or contracts must be made directly to the provider, subject to their terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery Refunds
Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In brief:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once a vehicle is in transit.
• If a refund is granted due to special circumstances, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in the event of a clerical or administrative error caused solely by Emira Auto Group, LLC, and must be requested in writing within 5 business days of the transaction.
