1. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
a. Shipping Options:
We offer reliable vehicle shipping across the U.S. via trusted third-party carriers. Customers may choose from:
• Open Carrier Transport (standard)
• Enclosed Carrier Transport (premium/protected)
b. Delivery Timeframes:
• Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping times may vary based on weather, location, and carrier availability.
c. Title and Registration Compliance:
• All vehicles shipped within the U.S. will be accompanied by valid title documentation in accordance with California DMV and receiving state laws.
• Emira Auto Group, LLC is not responsible for registration or titling delays once the vehicle leaves our facility.
d. Insurance & Liability:
• All vehicles are insured during transit through the carrier’s insurance.
• Customers are advised to inspect vehicles upon delivery and document any damage before accepting delivery.

2. International Shipping (Export)
a. Export Eligibility:
• All vehicles shipped overseas must meet the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) export requirements.
• We ensure all vehicles have clean titles and are eligible for export.
b. Required Documentation:
We provide the following documents for export:
• Vehicle Title (original)
• Bill of Sale
• Export Declaration (AES filing via ACE)
• EPA Form 3520-1 and DOT HS-7 (if applicable)
c. Port Handling and Clearance:
• Vehicles are shipped via certified freight forwarders through major U.S. ports.
• The buyer is responsible for import taxes, customs clearance, and duties in the destination country.
d. Compliance with Federal Laws:
We comply with:
• U.S. DOT regulations for road safety standards (49 CFR)
• EPA regulations regarding emissions compliance for export vehicles
• CBP regulations for documentation and vehicle clearance
• California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations, when applicable

3. Import of Vehicles (Into the U.S.)
While Emira Auto Group, LLC primarily exports and sells domestically, we occasionally import vehicles. All imports comply with:
• NHTSA and DOT standards for safety compliance
• EPA standards for emissions control
• Customs declarations and duties as required
Imported vehicles are inspected and certified to ensure roadworthiness before resale.

• Full payment of shipping fees is required before vehicle dispatch.
